Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, food, or goods across Oklahoma City metropolitan area during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain accurate delivery records and digital tracking using company-provided mobile technology
- Verify package contents and customer signatures upon delivery while maintaining professional communication
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and delivery time windows
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and resolve delivery challenges
- Represent Swift Logistics with professionalism in customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate varied terrain
- Strong familiarity with Oklahoma City streets and navigation systems
- Reliable transportation to/from depot and ability to work independently
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Flexible availability to cover assigned night shifts consistently
