Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable neural network architectures for autonomous decision-making systems and intelligent agents.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems for low-latency, high-throughput inference on edge devices and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research) to translate complex futuristic requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, bias mitigation, and robustness in real-world scenarios.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and synthetic data generation to drive innovation.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) building and deploying production-grade machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning principles, including Transformers, CNNs, and advanced sequence models.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability statistics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
