Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, ensuring our technology stack remains ahead of the curve for the upcoming years.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of complex, scalable machine learning systems and neural networks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for C-suite executives and product managers.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop long-term technical strategies and execute them effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving large-scale, systemic problems.
