- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with measurable ROI
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for early-stage technology adoption
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible innovation and regulatory compliance
- Mentor innovation teams while fostering a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
