- Maintain strict chain-of-custody protocols and temperature-controlled transport
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and laboratories for timely pickups/deliveries
- Complete electronic documentation and delivery verification
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and biohazard safety standards
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
