Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver medical specimens, lab results, and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories on a strict schedule.
- Adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and Department of Transportation regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety.
- Complete accurate delivery logs and paperwork for every stop.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and ensure your vehicle is kept in excellent condition.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff regarding delivery status and any delays.
- Handle confidential materials with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no recent DUIs or major violations).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Reliable access to a vehicle (if applicable) or willingness to use company fleet.
- Strong sense of punctuality and time management skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
