Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and healthcare documents safely and securely to designated laboratories and medical facilities.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and company confidentiality policies at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Update delivery status in real-time using our digital logistics platform.
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and facility personnel.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while driving.
- Manage time efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines, often within a 30-minute window.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for logging deliveries.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a healthcare environment.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
