Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab results, and pharmaceuticals with strict adherence to HIPAA protocols
- Maintain temperature-sensitive packaging for biologics and vaccines
- Document delivery logs and maintain chain-of-custody records
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities for time-sensitive pickups/drop-offs
- Conduct vehicle safety inspections and maintain clean transport vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service to clinic staff and hospital personnel
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safe driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of medical packaging standards
- Proficient in GPS navigation and route optimization
- Strong time management and reliability skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience in logistics or healthcare preferred
