Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab reports, and sensitive materials between hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Adhere to strict temperature control protocols for time-sensitive medical shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare staff during delivery exchanges
- Perform vehicle safety checks and maintenance inspections daily
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (must pass MVR check)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for digital documentation systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
