Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, and pharmaceutical products between hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and temperature control requirements for sensitive materials
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers during time-sensitive pickups and deliveries
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and ensure timely service
- Participate in ongoing safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome to apply)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for electronic documentation systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
