Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver medical specimens, lab samples, and documents to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories in the DC metro area.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and safety regulations throughout every delivery.
- Utilize handheld scanners and GPS technology to track packages and update delivery status in real-time.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and readiness for operation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic GPS navigation systems.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
