Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, lab results, and supplies to hospitals, clinics, and labs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for HIPAA compliance
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure proper cold-chain maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and patients
- Adhere to strict time-sensitive delivery schedules and routes
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team using GPS tracking systems
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate temperature-controlled vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical transport experience preferred
