Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and sensitive equipment to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories within the assigned delivery zone.
- Adhere to strict chain-of-custody protocols and safety regulations to ensure specimen integrity.
- Maintain accurate digital logs of deliveries, timestamps, and pickup/drop-off confirmations using our mobile app.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical facility staff, greeting them professionally and handling packages with care.
- Handle time-sensitive deliveries with a focus on punctuality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions regarding temperature-controlled transport.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for GPS and logging apps.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
