Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and deliver medical specimens, organs, and pharmaceuticals
- Maintain temperature-controlled environments during transport
- Document all transfers using our digital tracking system
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and biohazard protocols
- Perform routine equipment calibration and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities for timely pickups/deliveries
- Submit accurate delivery reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate temperature-sensitive equipment
- Basic knowledge of medical specimen handling protocols
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical background preferred
