Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories within the Cincinnati metro area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to strict time windows and route schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Interact professionally and courteously with medical staff and patients during pickups and drop-offs.
- Inspect packages for damage and document all deliveries accurately in the delivery management system.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure the safety of specimens and the public.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging deliveries and using handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
