Responsibilities
- Transport sensitive medical specimens, patient samples, and vital documents to and from medical facilities, laboratories, and hospitals.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and company protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of patient data.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and electronic proof of delivery records using company mobile applications.
- Uphold safety standards while loading, unloading, and handling packages weighing up to 50lbs.
- Communicate professionally with medical staff and patients at drop-off points.
Qualifications
- A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking and logging duties.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
