Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and sensitive documents securely and in a time-sensitive manner.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA compliance and company safety protocols to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Log delivery activities accurately using handheld devices or mobile applications.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with medical staff and patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills for logging delivery data and navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
