Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, pharmaceuticals, and lab equipment using temperature-controlled vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data protection
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities for timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Respond proactively to delivery schedule changes with flexibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare partners
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Basic knowledge of medical specimen handling protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
