Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and sensitive documents between healthcare facilities, labs, and clinics in a safe and timely manner.
- Utilize company-provided handheld GPS systems to ensure accurate route planning and on-time deliveries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards regarding patient privacy.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness to ensure a professional appearance.
- Handle package handling with care, ensuring items are not damaged during transit.
- Process necessary paperwork and electronic logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and mobile apps.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
