Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated drivers to ensure the seamless flow of healthcare operations. As a Medical Courier, you will act as the vital link between medical facilities, laboratories, and patients, ensuring compliance with strict HIPAA regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Transport medical specimens, lab samples, and patient records safely and securely to designated destinations.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols at all times.
- Ensure timely delivery to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories within the Santa Ana area.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Log deliveries accurately and report any incidents or delays immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable smartphone with internet access for GPS navigation and reporting.
- Familiarity with the Santa Ana and Orange County area is highly preferred.
