Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver lab specimens, medical records, and pharmaceuticals to designated healthcare facilities within Denver and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a spotless, professional appearance and ensure your vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Utilize handheld scanners and GPS technology to accurately track packages and update delivery status in real-time.
- Adhere to strict chain-of-custody protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and safety of sensitive medical data.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Handle physical tasks, including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs, and navigating diverse Denver traffic conditions.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (CDL not required, but clean driving record is mandatory).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-friendly capacity.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and handheld scanners.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
