Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated delivery points.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily logs.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or willingness to enroll in our paid training program.
- Clear driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for logging and reporting.
