Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient daily delivery routes throughout San Diego County.
- Load and unload merchandise accurately and securely using hand-trucks and pallet jacks.
- Interact professionally with customers, verifying delivery details and obtaining signatures.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all deliveries.
- Ensure the truck is kept clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in local delivery or route driving.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of the San Diego area and traffic patterns.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
