Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles throughout the Miami metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and efficient route planning to ensure timely arrivals.
- Load and unload cargo accurately, ensuring product safety and maintaining inventory integrity.
- Interact professionally with customers, handle delivery confirmations, and resolve on-site issues.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logbooks.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- A clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in local delivery, logistics, or route driving is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with GPS navigation systems.
