Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class A or B) on designated routes.
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely, adhering to safety protocols.
- Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and billing documents.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues on the spot.
- Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a commercial environment.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and GPS navigation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
