Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on designated delivery routes throughout El Paso and surrounding areas.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, bills of lading, and customer signatures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Keep the vehicle and cargo area clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in local route driving.
- Current Medical Card and valid DOT physical examination.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight delivery schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
