Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently along designated routes in the Minneapolis metro area and surrounding suburbs.
- Unload and load merchandise at various customer locations, ensuring accuracy and care for the product.
- Verify delivery quantities and obtain customer signatures for billing purposes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Update delivery logs and report any incidents or vehicle maintenance issues immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions regarding products or delivery times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with necessary endorsements.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a professional setting.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment.
- Strong knowledge of local Minneapolis geography and traffic patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy for digital logging devices and paperwork.
