Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or retail items to local addresses using company vehicles
- Follow optimized routes to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle payment transactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records through our mobile app and GPS tracking systems
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and update delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 21 years of age with ability to pass background check
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
