Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Buffalo and surrounding areas
- Load/unload vehicles with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
