Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses within Fresno County
- Load/unload vehicles efficiently while maintaining delivery schedules
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Use route optimization software to maximize efficiency
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for delivery documentation
