Responsibilities
- Safely Deliver Goods: Navigate local routes efficiently to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers.
- Vehicle Management: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and loaded properly.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, handle packages with care, and resolve any delivery issues or inquiries on the spot.
- Documentation: Complete necessary delivery logs, receipts, and digital forms accurately using our mobile app.
- Safe Driving Practices: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies to maintain a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Driver's License: Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or appropriate state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk long distances.
- Technology: Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for GPS navigation and digital paperwork.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
