Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Fresno
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle for safety and cleanliness
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team via mobile app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Smartphone with data plan for route navigation and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
