Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations in Durham, NC
- Optimize daily routes using provided GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Support inventory management at warehouse hub before daily routes
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and maneuver packages
- Strong knowledge of Durham, NC roads and landmarks
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and communication
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to/from warehouse hub
- Background check and drug screen required
