Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within San Jose
- Optimize delivery routes using our proprietary GPS technology to maximize time efficiency
- Verify recipient identity and package accuracy before each delivery
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Document delivery status and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong knowledge of San Jose streets and neighborhoods

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
