Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently from delivery vehicles.
- Verify delivery contents against invoices and ensure accuracy.
- Follow designated routes in a timely manner to meet delivery windows.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic knowledge of local streets and geography in the Plano area.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Experience with handheld delivery devices or GPS systems is a plus.
