Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and parcels to residential and business addresses within the designated Durham service area.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles using dollies, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures or proof of delivery when required.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold our high standards of customer service.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or damaged goods immediately to the dispatch team.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
