Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and supplies to local addresses within Albuquerque
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile app and GPS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address issues promptly
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure proper loading/unloading of cargo
- Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch in real-time
- Assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps
- Strong time-management skills and punctuality
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
