Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, and e-commerce packages across Kansas City metro area
- Maintain punctual deliveries using GPS navigation and real-time routing apps
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address any delivery concerns
- Track and report delivery status, mileage, and vehicle maintenance in our mobile app
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize transit time and maximize efficiency
- Verify order accuracy and handle returns/exchanges per client protocols
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while representing SwiftShift
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (commercial not required)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Positive attitude and excellent customer communication abilities
- Must reside within 20 miles of Kansas City metro area
- Background check and drug screening required
