Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial delivery points in the San Diego area.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries.
- Inspect vehicle for any mechanical issues or damage before and after each shift to ensure safety.
- Load and unload merchandise, ensuring all items are accounted for and securely fastened.
- Utilize handheld devices to update delivery status and route information in real-time.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong navigation skills with the ability to read maps and GPS systems.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English language proficiency for clear communication.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
