Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload merchandise, ensuring packages are handled with care.
- Verify delivery addresses and collect payments or obtain electronic signatures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Complete daily delivery logs and report any vehicle maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong navigational skills and familiarity with GPS technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
