Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Transport packages to customers in Stockton and surrounding areas using GPS-optimized routes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers politely and ensuring packages are delivered with care.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in safe operating condition.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all delivery logs, receipts, and electronic paperwork.
- Problem Solving: Handle delivery exceptions and address customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Time Management: Adhere to strict delivery time windows to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A valid Class C driver's license is required.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency with smartphone apps for navigation and delivery tracking.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
