Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely to designated addresses in San Jose and surrounding areas.
- Verify and inspect merchandise for damage and accuracy before and after transport.
- Update delivery status and route information in real-time using company mobile apps.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints with grace.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze) and smartphone usage.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
