Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles.
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Orlando.
- Obtain signatures and ensure customer satisfaction at every stop.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
- Handle returns and manage customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency for using handheld devices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
