Responsibilities
- Pick up, load, and deliver packages to residential and commercial clients within the specified delivery radius.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating a vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service by following delivery instructions and handling packages with care.
- Use handheld delivery devices and GPS software to optimize routes and ensure on-time arrivals.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and digital receipts accurately and report daily.
- Assist with unloading heavy items and ensuring safe unloading procedures at drop-off locations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, cargo van, or box truck) with current registration and insurance.
- Ability to lift packages weighing between 10 and 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation systems.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Local knowledge of the Anaheim and Orange County area is highly preferred.
