Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures upon completion of the route.
- Inspect delivery bags and ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage delivery paperwork and mileage logs accurately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delays or issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with GPS navigation capabilities.
- Basic math and reading skills for handling payments and addresses.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
