Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient local deliveries to residential and commercial addresses within the Madison area.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and secure placement in delivery vehicles.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer questions and resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare daily logs, route sheets, and delivery paperwork accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class D) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the terminal.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
