Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within a specified local territory in Nashville, TN.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift to ensure safe operation.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain a perfect safety record.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring packages are handled with care and providing a friendly face-to-face service experience.
- Accurately log deliveries, mileage, and time sheets using our mobile app or handheld devices.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and process payments according to company policy.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness to load and unload cargo efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major traffic violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-70 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic knowledge of the Nashville area and surrounding routes is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required by business volume.
