Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Fort Wayne
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Manage inventory and package handling with attention to detail
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates via our mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance OR willingness to use company vehicle
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
