Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Fort Wayne
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and time management
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
- Communicate delivery status through our mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Fort Wayne area
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
