Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner, ensuring every delivery is a positive experience.
- Obey all traffic laws and practice safe driving habits at all times to maintain a clean driving record.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling packages with care and representing CityHaul Express with professionalism.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and proof of delivery records using company apps.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and mobile technology to optimize routes and save time.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric demeanor.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation, app updates, and communication.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by demand.
